SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment notifications, scheduling updates, and reminder messages to individuals who have booked or inquired with Imaginique Med Spa through our website at https://www.imaginiquemedspa.com, or via our scheduling and contact forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected through web forms using a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, promotions, and general communications from the Spa.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation of your unsubscribe status by SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
